聯盟旨在通過大眾音樂文化活動及各類公益活動推廣流行音樂元素，幫助有音樂夢想的小伙伴實現理想，走上更加廣闊的藝術天地。聯盟本著搭建非牟利音樂平台為宗旨，聚集音樂專業人士，讓廣大年輕音樂追夢人享受以低廉學費甚至免費公益得到專業歌唱指導、作詞作曲、原創歌曲、歌曲MV製作及音樂製作等培訓。
